1.Once it is ready to be picked up, you may contact our customer service, and we will send our courier service over.

2.After a quality check by our experts (which would take us 2 business days), we will email you and give you the option to choose between:
a. Get a 90% refund in your bank account
b. 100% value back in your GiGi Wallet.Please refer to the GiGi Wallet FAQ with regards to the benefits of this facility.
3.The amount will be credited in your chosen method within 20 business days.

BUY BACK POLICY
We offer a lifetime buy back policy on all purchases

made from Golden Gazelle within India. The product must be returned with its box and its certificate. Loss of the original certificate or box would result in a deduction of Rs. 500.
Our expert quality check team will evaluate the product and make a fair offer.  Your product’s value at the time of return will be determined based on the current cost of metal, diamonds and colored stones in the market.
If you used your GiGi Wallet points, or received a discount while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or points, as applicable.
